The challenge
Building a Technology CoE in Manila required hiring
50–100 employees under demanding conditions:
- A compressed time frame for delivery.
- No existing local presence or staff on the ground.
- Global market conditions with 80% lower candidate response rates to job ads.
- No existing networks or candidate database in Manila - meaning 3X Partners had to start from scratch.
The RESULT
3X Partners successfully delivered 99 hires across Sydney and Manila, with an average time-to-fill of 17 days.
A key highlight of our partnership was between December 2020 and December 2021, when we partnered with Simcorp to build their CoE, scaling rapidly while maintaining quality.
